At PackSmith Gear, we value your satisfaction and confidence in every purchase. Each product we create is designed with care and quality in mind. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when shopping with us.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed with precision. Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team prepares it for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Since our bags are inspected and quality-checked before dispatch, your order enters the fulfillment process immediately after confirmation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:

    If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 24-48 Hours of Order Placement:

    Once your order moves into the packaging or fulfillment stage, a 25% non-refundable fee will apply to cover handling and logistics costs.
  • After Shipment:

    Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a return after delivery (see below).

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

You may return your item if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You received the wrong product or an item that was damaged in transit.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@packsmithgear.com for authorization before sending your item.


Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If your product was found to be damaged, defective, or not as described, you may choose between:
  1. A full refund, or
  2. An exchange (recommended for faster resolution).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel cannot be delivered, returns or refunds may not be possible.
If the error was caused by PackSmith Gear, we will take full responsibility and offer either:

  • A 100% refund, or
  • An expedited replacement shipment.

Customs & Delivery Delays

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country’s customs department. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or received by us in any way.
We have no control over these fees or customs processing times, as they are determined by local authorities.
While we monitor all shipments closely, we cannot accept returns or cancellations due to customs delays or unpaid duties.
If any issue arises due to our mistake, we will address it promptly and ensure an appropriate resolution.
