Once processed, they are handed over to our logistics team for dispatch.

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

All products are inspected and packed at our facility before dispatch to ensure top-tier quality and condition upon arrival.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.

If customs fees remain unpaid and the parcel is returned or disposed of, a 50% non-refundable fee will be applied to cover handling and shipping costs.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

We cannot issue refunds for delays or lost packages caused by:

Failure to respond to courier or customs communications

If a parcel is returned due to these issues, reshipping fees will apply.
