We stand behind our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.


What’s Covered

  • Defects in zippers, buckles, or stitching
  • Faulty fabric or hardware under normal use
  • Manufacturing issues that affect performance

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or repairs not performed by PackSmith

2. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description
3. Our team will review it within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps

Depending on the issue, we may:

  • Repair your item
  • Replace it with a new one
  • Or offer store credit
