What’s Covered
- Defects in zippers, buckles, or stitching
- Faulty fabric or hardware under normal use
- Manufacturing issues that affect performance
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Modifications or repairs not performed by PackSmith
